Introduction

As careers professionals we strive to provide the highest quality careers advice and information so that students and graduates are able to make informed decisions about their careers choices, take action to achieve their ambitions and the capacity to manage their careers throughout their working lives.

Our vision is that all students will be aware of entrepreneurial careers options and have access to appropriate resources to help them implement their decisions.

To achieve this we need Careers professionals who understand what:

• It means to have a ‘career in entrepreneurship’ and that it is as a valid route as more traditional paths
• Help is available within their Institution and more widely to help students who want to start a new venture and
• Careers Services that are working pro-actively with students to raise awareness of the nature of entrepreneurial careers.

AGCAS & NCGE are working closely together to support these aims and this site provides access to the knowledge, experiences and resources that enable this to be achieved.
