Introduction
Flying Start is the student and graduate facing part of NCGE activity and has 3 parts – rallies, programme and online.
Rallies are 1 day regional events organised in collaboration with the RDA and HEIs. They are targeted at 3 different groups of students and graduates. Those:
- who have no ideas but know they want to be their own boss
- with lots of ideas but who don’t know what to do next
- with a clear business idea who really want to start their own business.
The prestigious Flying Start Programme provides an intensive, residential training period for student and graduate entrepreneurs, enabling them to develop and hone skills and relationships necessary to ensure their business venture is a success.
Flying Start Online offers a comprehensive resource for the thousands who attend the rallies every year, enabling them to get advice and find information, as well as swap skills, expertise and knowledge with each other to increase their networking abilities and business growth potential.
