CIHE report on Graduate Employability |

| There remains a mismatch between what employers seek and what graduates currently offer. This is the conclusion of a pilot study of nearly 250 employers for the Council For Industry and Higher Education (CIHE) by i-graduate. The study, Graduate Employability: What do employers think and want? covers companies employing over 750,000 employees from large, medium and small employers, and notes that employers want graduates to have such capabilities as team-working, communication and presentation skills and personal integrity.
