| Applications have opened for The Royal Academy of Engineering / Flying Start Programme for Engineers. The Programme aims to help recent graduate engineers to turn their engineering business idea into a reality. All that is required is the idea, passion and commitment to make it happen. The programme is open to any engineering graduate (up to 5 years on) from a UK University (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland included) or final year student planning to start a engineering related business within the next 12 months. Each Programme participant will receive (i) pre-programme support for their idea (ii) a 3 day residential programme and (iii) 12 months of mentoring and online support. It's free to all participants and begins with a 3 day residential programme running from 30th June to 2nd July 2008, at the Royal Academy of Engineering, Carlton House Terrace, London. |
