| On Tuesday 27th November 2007 UKSEC and the University of Sheffield are hosting two significant events for enterprise educators and student entrepreneurs: * UKSEC Masterclass - Science, Technology and Enterprise * UKSEC National Student Business Plan Competition Gala Award Ceremony Masterclass Theme: The UKSEC Best Practice Masterclass - Science, Technology and Enterprise offers delegates the opportunity to learn about some of the very latest science, technology and engineering enterprise education initiatives and to exchange best practice. See the attached schedule for full details. In the evening delegates may join a celebration of the very best student business ideas from across the country at the UKSEC National Business Plan Competition Gala Award Ceremony. Guest speaker at the Gala will be Emma Killilea, Founder of Delicious Alchemy and winner of the 2006 UKSEC National Business Plan Competition. Between the two main events there will be opportunities to tour the recently opened Kroto Research Institute (and Centre for Nanoscience and Technology) and the Kroto Innovation Centre.
