CfP: Academy of Entrepreneurial Finance Conference |

| The Academy of Entrepreneurial Finance (AEF) offers a dedicated forum for exchange of research ideas related to the evergrowing field of entrepreneurial and small business finance. The AEF is seeking papers for its 20th Annual Conference which will take place from September 24-26, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Given the central role of the small and medium enterprise, SME, in a free economy, the objective of the conference is to encourage research and inquiry in the very promising discipline. Although the focus of the annual event is on the financial, economic, and accounting aspects of the small firm, papers in closely-related areas will also be considered for presentation. Naturally, research on applied business, finance, and economics is also encouraged. Abstracts of papers selected for presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings; and the Best Paper will be published in a regular issue of the AEF official Journal, The Journal of Entrepreneurial Finance and Business Ventures. Email a copy of your completed paper, or a detailed abstract, in PDF format where the cover page of your paper contains only the title (for anonymous review purposes)- to Professor Susan Coleman at (scoleman@hartford.edu) and CC the same file to (submit@aoef.org). The deadline for submission is March 15, 2008. |
