| Following the ministerial changes at the the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) announced in late January, Stephen Timms has become Minister of State at the Department for Work and Pensions. As part of the same re-shuffle, Baroness Vadera joins BERR from DfID. She has been appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State with responsibility for competitiveness, Better Regulation, and the Business Council for Britain.
